We will retain your personal information for as long as required to fulfill our business purpose, your request, or the requirements of applicable law.
Disclosure of Collected Information to Third Parties
We will not sell your personal information to any third parties.
We may disclose personal information as required by law or law enforcement.
Use of Computer Tracking Technologies
No Tracking of Personal Information. Hakka Law Group PLLC’s website(s) are not set up to track, collect or distribute personal information not entered by visitors. Through website access logs, the firm does collect clickstream data and HTTP protocol elements, which generate certain kinds of non-identifying
site usage data, such as the number of hits and visits to our sites. This information is used for internal purposes by technical support personnel for research and development, user analysis and business decision-making, all of which provides better services to the public. The statistics garnered, which contain no personal information and cannot be used to gather such information, may also be provided to third parties.
CAN SPAM Act
The CAN-SPAM Act governs the rules for commercial email, establishes requirements for commercial messages, gives recipients the right to stop receiving emails, and explains the penalties for violations.
We collect your email address in order to: send information; respond to inquiries, and/or other requests or questions; process requests; send updates pertaining to services; market to our mailing list; and to continue corresponding with clients after the original transaction has occurred.
In accordance with CANSPAM, we agree to:
● Identify the message as an advertisement in some reasonable way
● Include the physical address of our business
● Monitor third-party email marketing services for compliance, if one is used
● Honor opt-out/unsubscribe requests quickly
● Allow users to unsubscribe by using the link at the bottom of each email, including removal from ALL email correspondences.
California Users
Beginning on January 1, 2005, California Civil Code Section 1798.83 permits customers of the firm who are California residents to request certain information regarding the firm’s disclosure of personal information for their direct marketing purposes. To make such a request, please write to Hakka
Law Group PLLC at query@hakkalawgroup.com. Within 30 days of receiving such a request, the firm will provide a list of the categories of personal information disclosed to third parties for third-party direct marketing purposes during the immediately preceding calendar year if applicable, along with the names and addresses of these third parties. This request may be made no more than once per calendar year. Hakka Law Group PLLC reserves its right not to respond to requests submitted other than to the address specified in this paragraph.
Minors
Our site is not intended for children under thirteen years of age. No one under age thirteen may provide any information to us through the site. If you are under thirteen, do not access, use, or provide any information on the site. If we learn we have collected or received personal information on the site from anyone under the age of thirteen without verification of parental consent, we
will delete that information. If you believe we might have any information received through a site from a child under thirteen, please contact us.
Consent
We take steps to protect your personal information from accidental use, disclosure and access. If you do not agree with all the terms of this Privacy Policy, you must not use our site or register for our newsletters/blogs or events.

Do not send confidential information to us through the website. If you do, and we do not already represent you, we have no duty of confidentiality regarding anything you send. Sending us confidential information or contacting us through the site does not establish an attorney-client relationship.
